Our Three Step Process

1. Client Care Letter

We aim to provide you with a client care letter in around 24 to 48 hours from when we receive instructions and payment in cleared funds. You will then need to review and sign the client care letter which will be sent to you electronically via email.

2.List of Documents

Once the client care letter is reviewed and signed, we will provide you with a list of required documents required for the application based on your instructions. The lists are tailored to your specific matter, therefore please allow for up to 48 hours for the list to be emailed to you.

3. Preparing Application

You can then start collecting the documents required for the application and we will start working on your matter. Once you have gathered necessary documents, please bring them to our office or send scans for our lawyers to review and provide feedback.


Staying Updated

We want to make sure you are fully updated about what’s happening with your application. We take a proactive approach in letting you know if there are any updates about your situation.

The preferred way to keep in touch with your respective immigration lawyer is through email. Our lawyers aim to respond or acknowledge any email query by the end of next working day after it was received.

You can ask to speak to your advisor or request a call back by calling our office telephone line. We will reply either by telephone or email within 24 hours.

For issues that cannot be resolved over phone or email, a face to face appointment can be arranged with your immigration adviser at our offices.
