Partner — Head of Immigration
Emil is a partner and the head of Immigration at Edmans & Co. Regulated at Level 3 by the OISC and a qualified solicitor, he has extensive experience in all areas of UK Immigration, including complex appeals, administrative reviews, Points-Based System applications, sponsor licences, Judicial Review, and EEA/EU applications.
David Manasyan
Partner — Head of Dispute Resolution
David is an English qualified solicitor and a Russian jurist. He heads Dispute Resolution with particular expertise in cross-border disputes, international litigation, and arbitration. David also advises on Banking and Finance law with extensive experience in the FinTech space.
Konstantin Rzhebaev
Partner — Head of Corporate & Property
Konstantin heads the Corporate and Property departments at Edmans & Co. He advises SME businesses and high-net-worth individuals on a wide spectrum of matters, with particular experience in commercial and residential real estate, company transactions, corporate finance, and international cross-border disputes.
